Lisette Raynor brings more than 25 years of experience in Early Childhood Education to Amazing Explorers Academy Hamlin. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of working closely with children, families, and educators — helping to create meaningful learning environments at every level. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Education, an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, and an Advanced Director Credential with a VPK endorsement through the Florida Department of Children and Families.

Her professional journey has included leadership roles ranging from Early Head Start Team Lead to corporate-level supervisory positions. Since relocating to Florida 11 years ago, Lisette has served as Assistant Director, Director, Teacher Mentor, Trainer, and Opening Coordinator — continually expanding her knowledge and passion for the field. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring Florida's nature trails, and visiting the Disney parks.
