Julia Cha-Selga is the Director of Amazing Explorers Academy of Viera. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Towson University and is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Child Development. With over eight years of experience in early childhood education, Julia began her teaching career in Maryland before relocating to Florida in 2020 to join Amazing Explorers Academy. She initially served as the Education Director in Viera, bringing her expertise in curriculum design and developmentally appropriate practices. Julia is deeply passionate about child development and is committed to creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive. She strongly believes in the power of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) education to equip young learners with the critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills needed for the future. She is driven to ensure that children in the Viera community have access to Amazing Explorers’ innovative STEAM curriculum, helping to lay the foundation for lifelong learning and success. When she’s not on campus, Julia loves spending time with her husband and son, whether they’re park-hopping at Disney World or exploring all that Orlando has to offer.
