Daniela has been dedicated to early childhood education since 2016, growing her career from assistant teacher to director through years of hands on experience. Before becoming a teacher, she spent five years working as a nanny and later earned a master’s degree in educational leadership. Daniela began working at the Lake Nona location when it opened in December 2017, where she developed into an exceptional director known for her leadership and commitment to high quality early learning.
In 2024, Daniela moved to Texas to lead our preschool in The Woodlands, bringing her passion for children and education to this new community. She is focused on creating a welcoming, inspiring environment where children, families, and educators can thrive. In her free time, Daniela enjoys visiting Disney and attending theater shows, and she has performed on stage at notable venues including Disney World and Carnegie Hall in New York City.
