Meet Ms. Caitlin Walker

Director of Amazing Explorers Academy Lake Mary

Caitlin Walker, Director of Amazing Explorers Academy Lake Mary, brings more than 13 years of experience in Early Childhood Education to our preschool in Sanford. Her passion for working with young children began early in life and continues to guide her commitment to delivering exceptional care and learning experiences. Having worked with multiple age groups, Caitlin has developed a strong and thorough understanding of child development.

Her career with Amazing Explorers Academy began at the very first AEA location, where she served as Assistant Director. She later advanced into Education Director roles across several campuses before stepping into her current position as Center Director at Lake Mary. Caitlin’s leadership is shaped by her dedication to high quality education, consistency in care, and the core values that define Amazing Explorers Academy.

As Director of our preschool in Sanford, Caitlin strives to create an environment where children, families, and staff feel supported, inspired, and confident in the learning journey ahead. Her commitment ensures that Amazing Explorers Academy Lake Mary continues to uphold the excellence our community expects.
