The Amazing Director

Ms. Caitlin Walker

Caitlin Walker, the Director of Amazing Explorers Lake Mary, brings over 13 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. Her lifelong passion for this field started at an early age and has driven her dedication to providing exceptional care. With her expertise spanning various age groups, Caitlin possesses a comprehensive understanding of child development. Having served as the Assistant Director of the first-ever Amazing Explorers location, Caitlin then advanced to become an Education Director at multiple AEA sites before assuming her current role as Center Director in Lake Mary. Throughout her career, Caitlin’s unwavering goal has been to promote high-quality learning that aligns with Amazing Explorers’ care standards and core values, benefiting both families and staff. As the Director of Amazing Explorers Lake Mary, Caitlin’s leadership ensures the facility upholds its commitment to excellence in Early Childhood Education.
