Caitlin Walker brings many years of experience in Early Childhood Education to our preschool in Windermere. With a background deeply rooted in early learning, she is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing environment where children feel encouraged to explore, ask questions, and grow with confidence every single day.

Caitlin's career with Amazing Explorers Academy began at the very first AEA location, where she served as Assistant Director. She later advanced into Education Director roles across several campuses before stepping into her current position as Center Director at Lake Mary.
