Ms. Helen Batie
Helen Batie is the Director of the Amazing Explorers Academy Windermere / Ocoee School and is honored to serve in this role. She obtained an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education in 2000 and has been dedicated to working with children ever since. Helen takes great joy in contributing to children’s early childhood experiences.
In her capacity as the Director, Helen’s objective is to assist children in realizing their full potential by fostering an environment where they feel secure, loved, and encouraged to freely explore, discover, and share ideas. Recognizing children’s innate curiosity, she believes that allowing them to observe, question, and find answers on their own promotes critical thinking skills essential for their growth.
Helen maintains an open-door policy, welcoming visits at any time. She encourages parents to explore their child’s classroom, ask questions, and actively participate in their child’s education. Emphasizing the importance of collaboration between home and school, she believes that success is achieved through joint efforts in supporting children’s achievements both at home and in school.
Helen expresses gratitude for the opportunity to work with families and looks forward to achieving great milestones at the Amazing Explorers Academy Windermere / Ocoee.
Teaching at AEA Windermere allows me to do what I love most – inspire children and impart knowledge with all my heart and a big smile.
