A Florida native, Shelby Williams graduated with an Associate of Arts degree in Business Management from Saint Johns River State College and grew up immersed in the early childcare industry. Since formally entering the education field in 2013, Shelby has excelled in various roles, from teaching to leadership, and has proudly served as a director for over three years. With a steadfast commitment to the safety and well-being of children and staff, Shelby is known for always staying connected to the center, ensuring a nurturing and secure environment for all. In 2024, Shelby welcomed a bundle of joy of their own and is excited to watch their little one grow and thrive within the Amazing Explorers Silverleaf community. This personal connection deepens Shelby Williams’ passion for fostering meaningful learning experiences and creating a supportive atmosphere where every child can flourish.
